Bob has been a lead executive for CAG since 2001. He began his career with CAG as a Finance Director, quickly excelling and growing into a much larger role within the company–assisting Joe Castle with growing the dealer group form two locations in 2014 to where we are today. Bob held the position of COO from 2009 to 2022 and then became CFO & Managing Partner. He specializes in growing top-line revenue in all departments of the dealership, and has has vast knowledge of all dealership operations–ranging from digital marketing, CPA-level accounting, and a tremendous knowledge of dealership acquisitions. Bob is a graduate of Lewis University with a major in Business Administration, as well as an NADA Auto Dealer Academy graduate. He is a dedicated father of three, enjoys golfing with his family, and loves working on his classic Mustang.
