“I went to castle Chevrolet to get my routine oil change not expecting to get a brand new car. The salesman who took care of me is Alex he is very manner able. He ask me what kind of car I wanted and I told him not expecting him to come back with the exact car I wanted. We took it for a test drive and we had a great conversation. He wasn’t worried about just getting a sale he put his foot down to care. He didn’t hold anything back on what I should expect on financing and if I should put any money down. He came back to me with keys in hand and said congratulations on your new car. Not in a million years would I thought I would be an owner of another new car. If you want nice service friendly faces and people who care about you and your wants go to castle Chevrolet in Villa Park ask for Alex. Tell him I sent you. They are really there to help you for you. “Recently bought a used car # Castle Buick GMC , my salesman ,Che Bass was great!!! He took his time answered any questions I had ,no pressure to close the sale. I had been at several other dealerships earlier that day and Che was by far the best person to deal with. Also sales manager Tom Hackett was a pleasure to deal with, together with Che they put me in a car even though I was only planning on shopping. “Always professional, polite and on time. Service writer was clear on all areas of concern. They went above and beyond by helping me to the car with some packages I had acquired while waiting. The techs do a great job and give me a clean car, and my seat in the same position. Not everyone does that. But it gives you an idea of all the details they consider. I drive a distance to have my car serviced there, it is worth it.”

“I went in from a referral of a friend. Recommended I speak with CJ. CJ listened to what I wanted and what my price point needed to be at and monthly payment. I went in for a 22’ Durango RT PLUS AWD for my wife and I. He went back and forth with financing multiple times without getting irritated or frustrated with me. Went back and forth with my trade in value of my 11’ Durango. It took about 4 hrs from when I came in to when I left. He was never pushy or forceful on anything. He was transparent on everything. Answered all questions. So eventually he got me to where I wanted to be at. When everything was done he even helped me transfer my personal belongings from my 11’ Durango to my new 22’ Durango. I’ve never had this experience at any dealership. Even helped with my child seats for my two kids. CJ went above and beyond. This has been my 8th vehicle purchase in the past 22 years and I have to say that this has been my most pleasant and easiest experience with buying a vehicle ever. If you go to this dealership, ask for CJ immediately. Don’t settle for anyone else. I don’t usually write reviews for places, but he deserves recognition.”

“I traveled out 30 mins one way because George Zakrzewski, our sales rep, was so friendly and approachable. We purchased a new electric car at a fair price and he gave us proper customer service unlike many other Kia dealerships I've contacted. He was able to answer my questions and even when he didn't know the answer about the car he was able to find out answers. We purchased on a weekday and were out in about an hour. I would keep going back there for future new car purchases. Ask for George when handling car purchases and finances.”
