“Let me first state that when we arrived 4:30 pm at the Hotel and mentioned to guest services that we may have an issue with our 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe and who they would suggest. immediately she said Castle just down the street. She proceeded to get me a phone # of which I consider myself extremely lucky because the person in Service that took my call was Dan Piszczek. When I explained my situation and that we were visiting for a memorial service the following day (Saturday), he told me to bring it in and they would do what they could. They also found a Courtesy car to use for the evening. Unfortunately, Dan text me Saturday while the service was going on, but I called him back as soon as I was free and spoke to him. The news was not so good and we had to scramble to make other arrangements with a Rental Car, Additional nights stay in Hotel along with letting other family members know the issue. Dan kept constant contact with me during this whole ordeal as to when the parts would be available, when it would repaired and when I could make arrangements for a transportation company to pick my vehicle up and deliver back to Ham lake, Mn. Kudos to Dan !!! Castle should consider themselves fortunate to have such dedicated and passionate people on their TEAM. Thank You Dan”
