Castle Ford

The New Sales Manager

I found my love for the car business at my first job ever at a Ford store when I was 18. There was one female on the sales floor, and I told myself one day I would be her. Many years and four children later, I restarted my journey in 2015 when I came back to the workforce. After a year and a half, there was an open position on the sales floor that I took and never looked back. I was the only female on the sales force to accomplish the 2021 salesman of the year. There is nothing like this business. I LOVE communicating, meeting people and helping them accomplish their goals.

I am so excited to be a part of the management team here at Castle Ford. The support I have felt from this team is unmatched. Although it was very difficult to leave friends that are like family, I am glad to have made this change. I look forward to helping my sales staff achieve new goals and success.”

More About Heather:

When I am not at work, you will find me spending quality time with the love of my life, my children, and my dogs. I have worked very hard to have the things we do. I love to be outside. I like anything that goes fast and can feel the wind in my face. I enjoy watching baseball, football, and hockey. I come from a long line of Chicago Cubs fans and enjoy getting to a game when I can. Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes even though my kids won’t eat most of what I make.
