Castle Subaru/Mitsubishi

BDC Manager

Tiffany’s, journey in the car business began back in 2016 when she worked as a Loyalty Manager for another company. That was where she gained her liking for the hustle that comes with working in BDC. She enjoyed the competition, tracking her performance & trying to one up what she accomplished the day before. She saw the position as an endless opportunity for growth.

After taking a position at Castle back in 2019, she was then promoted to BDC Manager. When interviewing her, she said “I am so VERY proud of our BDC team. I am very lucky to work with 5 amazing women who teach me and motivate me everyday. I also would not be where I am without the guidance from Tina. I am beyond thankful for her.” Since then, Tiffany has done an amazing job with her team & has managed to achieve her goal of 20% lead to show for both Subaru & Mitsubishi… Not only once, but a handful of times!

She is very understanding and determined. She is always helpful and makes sure she's always there for us. She always is finding ways to make working with Subaru a true joy. I would not be as knowledgeable if it were not for her!”
