Today she enters the store and customer interactions with a level of confidence that she worked very hard to achieve. She has become one of our top producers, but even more importantly she is the best employee we could ask for. She is the first person to raise her hand and offer help to customers, but also to her co-workers. She is genuinely kind and generous, and it is obvious for all around her to see. She has customers that send her plants, flowers and bake her sweet treats. They do this because she provides such an exceptional sales experience, and that is so rare in our Industry. She genuinely displays qualities that others try to fake, like actual care and concern. She has a naturally charming and disarming demeanor and everyone loves to be around her.
She has everything I find to be important in an employee. She is a great producer, but also a great person and a great employee. For me, Olivia Sorensen is absolutely irreplaceable, and I look forward to seeing her grow as a Castle Employee and having the honor of watching her career unfold. I truly cannot rave about her enough, and anyone that gets to know her feels the same.
