In this role, I have the opportunity to streamline recruiting operations to drive cost savings, analyze and assess data, share best practices for attracting and retaining talent, and partner cross-functionally to support company-wide growth.

With deep roots in guest service and over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, I have built hiring strategies, led and mentored recruiting teams, and was part of one of the largest acquisitions in automotive retail history involving 34 dealerships and 56 franchises.

Collaboration is at the heart of my approach, as I believe that teamwork is essential for driving overall success. My experience across high-growth startups and corporate settings has equipped me with the skills to lead effectively and make a lasting impact. I focus on cultivating a positive and inclusive culture, leveraging my strong foundation in guest service to ensure that every interaction—both internal and external— supports organizational success.
