General Sales Manager

Over the course of his 20 year career in automotive, Jose Roman has been a Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and now General Sales Manager! It all started when he was out helping his parents purchase a car and one of the managers at the dealership told him they were in need of sales people there. He jumped at the opportunity and began selling cars at a Chevy dealership. He joined the Castle team in 2009 and moved into management in 2011. Last week, Jose was promoted to the General Sales Manager at Castle Buick GMC!

During his career, Jose has been awarded with the GM Mark of Excellence and has been recognized as a GM Certified Top Performer. He’s also USCAE Finance and Insurance certified, Roadster certified, and Vinsolutions certified.

Jose is a dedicated, loyal, and very talented employee who has been committed to see Castle be on top.. Nobody works as hard or is more committed to the growth of Castle Buick GMC than Jose Roman!

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his wife going to Cubs games and traveling. He’s a self-proclaimed prospering golfer. His favorite cars are a 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible and La Mamalona!
