I’m Ashley Yelton, an HR professional with over six years of experience in the automotive industry. As a Human Resources Business Partner, I bring a solid foundation in process management, training/development, and employee relations.

During my career with one of the nation’s largest RV retailers, I supported over 200 dealerships spanning across 48 states – providing them support, coaching, and guidance on all HR functions. I have teamed up with company leadership to complete the largest and most successful acquisitions in the company’s history. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Lewis University, specializing in business management. Outside of work, I really enjoy painting and attending sporting events (Go Bears!) and traveling to new places.

I strive to create an environment where people feel valued and empowered, while aligning people strategies with meaningful business outcomes. I’m someone who takes initiative, delivers results, and genuinely enjoy finding ways to support people and build out processes – I look forward to connecting with the entirety of the Castle team!
