Castle Sponsors the Run Your Mutt off 5k

Castle CDJR Naperville Proudly Supports the Naperville Area Humane Society’s “Run Your Mutt Off” 5k

On Saturday, June 13th, Castle CDJR Naperville was a proud sponsor of the Naperville Humane Society’s annual “Run Your Mutt Off” 5k, held at St. James Farm Forest Preserve in Warrenville, Illinois. This was a pet-friendly community event that brought together local families, dog lovers, and businesses for a morning dedicated to supporting the local animal shelter and raising awareness for the important work that the Naperville Area Humane Society does.

Run Your Mutt Off featured a 3.1 mile course open to all ages and fitness levels with many choosing to either walk or jog with the four-legged companions. The morning was filled with fitness and fun as many of the attendees were able to enjoy many of the sponsors that were there while also connecting with other animal lovers and having a fun workout.

Castle CDJR Naperville’s Involvement

As a proud sponsor of the event, Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Naperville hosted an interactive booth where we welcomed attendees and proudly showcased one of our Jeep Wrangler. We had the amazing opportunity to connect with the locals, share information about our dealership, and even join in on the festivities.

One of the highlights of our booth was our interactive prize wheel where event attendees had the opportunity to win a variety of fun giveaways. Participants took home Jeep ducks, dog bowls, dog bandanas, and even had the opportunity to win one of five complimentary oil changes. It was a great way to engage with the community and to say thank you for showing up and supporting the cause. Our team had an amazing time connecting with the community and spending time with fellow animal lovers. We always enjoy participating in community events that allow us to build relationships with our neighbors while supporting organizations making a positive difference.

About Naperville Area Humane Society

The Naperville Area Humane Society (NAHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of companion animals through education, adoption support, community outreach, and responsible pet ownership. They can house dozens of dogs and cats at any given point. While housing these animals, they provide them with shelter, medical care, behavioral support, and enrichment while they await for adoption.

Run Your Mutt Off is just one of their events that help bring together animal lovers to generate support for their ongoing efforts to support and find these animals a forever home. Events like these are what helps spread the word and get the support needed to be able to help these animals. These events help fund the many services that NAHS offers for their animals and bring awareness about responsible pet ownership.

Community Impact and Commitment

Run Your Mutt Off isn’t just a race, but also a key fundraising and awareness event that helps NAHS continue its lifesaving work. Events like these help bring together local residents and businesses to help support an important cause. These events bring people together while also highlighting the importance of supporting these shelters that are helping these animals find a second chance.

At Castle CDJR Naperville, we believe that being an active member of the community means supporting organizations, like NAHS, that are making a meaningful difference. Our support of the Naperville Area Humane Society allows us to contribute to an organization that makes a meaningful and lasting impact on not only the people, but animals as well. We are dedicated to being an active member of the Naperville community and supporting organizations that make a difference.

Thank you to the Naperville Area Humane Society, the event organizers, volunteers, participants, and everyone who joined us for a fantastic day at the Run Your Mutt Off event. We are honored to have been part of such a meaningful event and look forward to future opportunities to support animal welfare and community‑focused events.
