What to Expect as a Castle Technician
Work Environment
All of our shops are fully heated in the winter months, and several are equipped with upgraded ventilation and comfort features to ensure year-round productivity.
Tools & Equipment
We provide specialty tools, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer-specific scan tools. Technicians are only responsible for their personal hand tools.
Shop Setup
Each store has multiple bays; this ensures techs have the space they need to be efficient.
Repair Order Volume
This gives techs a steady, consistent workload without downtime.

Now Hiring: Automotive Technicians at Castle Auto Group
Key Responsibilities: As an Automotive Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles. You’ll receive repair orders from the dispatcher, perform diagnostics, and carry out services efficiently and accurately. You’ll communicate with service advisors and the parts department to ensure all jobs are completed with precision.
All work must meet manufacturer and dealership standards while complying with local, state, and federal guidelines. Technicians are expected to document their work, tag and save parts as needed, and perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle leaves in top condition.
Ongoing manufacturer training is provided to keep you up to date on the latest vehicle systems and service techniques.
Entry- and Master-Level Positions
Throughout our 18 storefronts across Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana, we continue to provide growth opportunities for service technicians.
