When I started with the Castle Automotive Group seven years ago, I had never even considered the word career (as I was only 18 and fresh out of high school). I can honestly say, working for Castle Automotive Group has been one of the best decisions of my life. Starting with no prior sales experience, I was coached by many excellent managers. Management would constantly push me to grow within the organization. I have taken on several different roles within the Castle organization leading me to where I am today.  Now, I am responsible for the new and pre-owned inventory for the entire dealer group. I cannot imagine doing anything else! The owners and management really want to see you succeed. If you are looking to be a part of a winning team and grow with an organization, the Castle Automotive Group is the place to be.
